Reservation: Two-night minimum
Confirmation: Reservation confirmed with full payment upfront.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made 5 days prior to the reservation for a refund less than the $40 processing fee.
Occupancy: Our rooms are furnished to accommodate up to two individuals per room.
Accessibility: We are not handicapped accessible. We do not have an elevator and there is a flight of steps up to the dining area. The room accommodation is all one level after the entry and some of the doorways are narrow.
Minimum age to Rent: 21 years old.
No children: As much as we love children, we honor the request of our guests for a romantic getaway.
Smoking and Candles: Our facility is a smoke-free facility. However, we have arranged for a designated smoking section outside. We adhere strictly to this policy.
We reserve the right to charge the credit card of the registered guest a minimum of $300 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and/or replacing furniture, window treatments, rugs, bedding, etc. if it is determined that a guest has violated the policies or through negligence, damaged the property in any location inside or outside on the property.
Pets: We love pets but our facility is not equipped to welcome them. We ask that you make other arrangements for your four-legged friends. PET-FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATIONS (FOR SERVICE ANIMALS ONLY, max 1 per room) We are passionate about providing our guests and their service animals accommodations with a luxurious retreat. For the safety and comfort of all our guests we kindly ask that you review, agree, and adhere to the current Service Animal Policy. As a friendly reminder, all animals must always remain on a leash and are not permitted in public areas.
Parking: We designate spaces per room. Please park in any designated space that is available. If you plan to bring more than one vehicle or an oversize vehicle, please let us know in advance so that we can help you make appropriate accommodations on the property. DO NOT park on the grass.
Room damage: Damage to the rooms, fixtures, linens, electronics, furniture, etc. will be charged 120% of the full replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any damage to the property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for the particular incident. Any cost associated with repairs and/ or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest.
Breakfast Service: Is prepared and served at the guest’s specific time. If a time is not selected, breakfast is served at 9 am. Please alert us of any allergies or food preferences at the time of booking or a minimum of 48 hours before your arrival.
Quiet time: 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Lodging tax: All reservations and add-ons are subject to the state of Virginia’s prevailing state and local sales tax plus Stafford County’s hotel and occupancy tax requirement.
Legal notice: This is a private property. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries, damage to personal property or vehicles, or for the loss of money or valuables of any kind.
